The number of places available for consultations is limited. In the interest of the other patients and doctors,
may we ask you:
For
chronic conditions, schedule your consultation in time:
Ask for sufficient prescriptions during the consultation to bridge these periods
Your doctor can only issue certificates that are truthful. So don't ask what is not possible.
Prescriptions and certificates may only be delivered in the name of the right person.
An absence certificate serves to justify an absence due to illness, upon proper examination by the doctor.
Certificates for absence other than illness are not issued (eg vacation, train strike,…). These are benevolence certificates and are prohibited by law.
Prescriptions and certificates are only delivered during a consultation
(or after a teleconsult in case of force majeure, eg. in the context of the corona pandemic).
For other cases, the NIHDI does not allow the delivery of prescriptions without consultation.
We do not prepare prescriptions unless they are the direct result of an additional examination. Therefore, ask for sufficient prescriptions during the consultation.
Completing certificates and forms requires information and time. That is why you should come for a consultation.
