As a patient, you are central and we work with a shared patients file in order for every doctor to have access to all patients files.
Weekly concertation ensures that we as a team are kept informed and can support all patients mutually.
In addition to better availability, this collaboration also guarantees the required time
to maintain our
medical knowledge
through further training, interaction with colleagues, reading medical literature, etc.
Finally, a good
"work-life" balance
is important, both for our patients and the GP.
You are always free to opt for one regular doctor if (s)he is available.
